I did not build ManifestOS because I had mastered the practice. I built it because I kept losing it. I would find a lecture that lit me up, do the scene for two or three nights, feel something shift, and then a hard week would arrive and I would be back to reacting to my life instead of assuming it.
What finally changed things was not a new technique. It was structure. Deciding the night before what the scene would be. Having one question waiting for me in the morning. Writing down the small things that moved, so that on the days nothing seemed to be happening I had my own handwriting telling me otherwise.
I built that structure for myself first. Then I built it properly, so it would hold for anyone who has read enough, watched enough, and is ready to stop collecting and start living from the end. That is all this is: the container I wish someone had handed me.
